Have a customer that would like to use OCS for presence and livemeeting (voice and web conferencing features) but has existing Cisco voice network in place. They still want to keep Cisco for all call control and unity functions, but cucimoc seems to want to disable all voice functionality in OCS 2007, which would seemingly disable livemeeting.

-bdick_goziniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13421968746754769244noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2158853543793456735.post-26564074235776899612009-08-05T02:26:53.992-07:002009-08-05T02:26:53.992-07:00Thanks Chris,

And from OCS I would still want to use features that requires voice like: Live Meetings & Video Conferencing.

I usually use Direct SIP Trunks for CUCM but in this case cuestomer requirments to have user be able to control theire cisco phones and use the communicator just as a softphone for Click to Call and OCS functions.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08104779627848216896noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2158853543793456735.post-57034089840351370462009-08-04T15:59:17.760-07:002009-08-04T15:59:17.760-07:00Hi Ali,

Seems like an interesting combination. Any reason why you arent just going with enterprise voice and OCS over CUCiMOC?Chris Normanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07200178774058910421noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2158853543793456735.post-72203314109289330852009-08-04T06:06:56.777-07:002009-08-04T06:06:56.777-07:00Is it possible or have it been tested to do this i...Is it possible or have it been tested to do this integration without disabling the A/V features.

Cant afford to lose functions such as:
- Video
- Live Meeting

do you think there will be any effects from integration point view if these features were not disabled.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08104779627848216896noreply@blogger.com
