King County Takes Lync Project at Full Throttle

The folks at King County in Washington State take their IT projects at full throttle. Not only have they produced a lengthy video (which I am sure was partly because of training) they have also been very active on twitter. The latest was posting photos of phone replacements. What I really like about this is this level of excitement is that it transfers over to their users which makes the project all the more likely to be well received by users. See the photos and video below.

Its great to see the county taking advantage of Lync and seeing as its also the county that I live in makes it all that more special.

  1. And of course we were happy to see that King County bought Busylight UC for Lync as well:-)

For those of you who don't know Busylight UC, it has a ringer and presence indicator.

    Cheers,

  2. Earlier I was not aware of Busylight UC, seems to be a nice technology equipment.
