This seems like a crazy simple tip but people just don’t realize you can do it. Alphanumeric numbers get automatically converted in Communicator to numerical numbers. No need to remember which digit is what; just type it in and you are done.



With CS 14 it is also available via the dial pad but still the easiest method is to type the vanity phone number into the address bar as is.
